The Kenmore is a comfortable, well furnished, dog friendly Guest House. Conveniently situated between North Shore and West Shore , it is in an ideal position, close to the town centre and the railway station. It also benefits from having a quiet location. The North Shore, with its beautiful promenade and pier is just a few minutes walk away.

The guest house has been fully refurbished and all bedrooms at The Kenmore are well decorated with digital T.V, tea/coffee facilities, hair drier, USB charging point, free Wi-Fi and a private tiled bathroom. Choose either a shower or a bath.

Guests can find restaurants, bars and shops in Llandudno's town centre, which is just a few minutes walk away. Guests have free on-site parking. There are two golf courses within a five minute drive. The railway station is just a five minute walk from us.

We allow children over the age of 5 years.

At the Kenmore we pride ourselves in offering a friendly home-like atmosphere with the modern amenities of a relaxed guest house. With warm friendly service combined with comfortable surroundings and good food , you may be assured of a relaxing , and we hope, memorable stay.

We purchased the Kenmore Guest House in August 2017. We were thrown in at the deep end, as it was just before the August bank holiday and we were fully booked! Needless to say we survived and our guests like the service we are providing.

Karen worked as a care worker for 15 years before having an epiphany in the later part of 2016 about buying and running a guest house!

David has spent most of his working life in Manufacturing, predominatley in the Automotive industry. After Karen's epiphany, he found himself helping Karen run a guest house!

We are both down to earth people who do not take life to seriously. We provide a homely atmosphere at the Kenmore in relaxing surroundings. A bit of 'home from home'.

We are dog friendly and have two springer spaniels, Billy and Annie.

We are a pet friendly at The Kenmore and charge a small supplement.
